We are pleased to announce the fourth edition of Journal of Moral and Civic Education (JMCE). This edition comprises of five articles on issues ranging from educational to political issues. The first article is from Serli Retno Sari about civic education in multiethnic countries. Akmal and Henni Muchtar analyzes the effect of bureaucracy from the human rights perspective in public service. Novitasari discusses the influence of the social media on millennial generation's civic disposition. Khairunnas et.al. reveals the Chinese youth's voting behavior in Palembang mayoral election. Last but not least, Atri Waldi and Irwan wrote about the students' character training in game online extracurricular. We hope these articles will be valuable for the development and improvement of civic education study as well as the impact on the society as a whole.

Dengan senang hati kami mengumumkan penerbitan Journal of Moral and Civic Education (JMCE) yang keempat. Edisi ini terdiri atas lima artikel yang membahas berbagai isu mulai dari pendidikan hingga politik. Artikel pertama dari Serli Retno Sari tentang pendidikan kewarganegaraan di negara multietnik. Akmal dan Henni Muchtar menganalisis tentang birokrasi dari perspektif HAM dan dampaknya terhadap pelayanan publik. Novitasari membahas tentang pengaruh media sosial terhadap civic disposition generasi milenial. Khairunnas dkk mengemukakan tentang perilaku memilih pemuda etnis Tionghoa pada pilkada Kota Palembang. Edisi ini ditutup dengan artikel Atri Waldi dan Irwan tentang pembinaan karakter siswa melalui ekstrakurikuler game online. Kami harap artikel-artikel ini akan bermanfaat bagi pengembangan dan peningkatan studi pendidikan kewarganegaraan serta pengaruhnya terhadap masyarakat luas.
