The journal charges no fees (IDR 0) for submitting articles.

Starting 2020, JMCE charges authors for article processing fee (APC) to improve the quality of our services. The APC will be used to handle the reviewing and editing process, as well as the Journal management and publication in general. Authors whose articles are accepted are requested to pay IDR 750,000 APC per article.

Authors or other parties can request printed copies of the journal with an additional IDR 150,000 fee/copy per issue.

Articles published in English will be charged proofreader fee IDR 100,000/page
